Costs Associated to Membership
From inception through 2016, CORE membership dues were based on the number of children served and the dues structure made it difficult for smaller agencies to justify the expense. The CORE Board of Directors strategically altered the due structure to make membership more affordable. Membership dues are now based on the program’s annual budget exclusive of non-direct program related expenses. For example, budget costs associated to fund raising and provision of community based services or foster care are not included in calculating annual dues for CORE.
